Thinspiration: TRA Day 9

I’m now on my 2nd week and woah what a journey!

BREAKFAST

1/2 Apple, 1 Palm Sized Salad with okay sized Mango Dressing, 1 Palm sized whole wheat cereal and soy milk

LUNCH

1/2 Apple, 1 open palm salmon salad with lemon shallot vinaigrette, palm of rice and 2 sticks yakitori (1 chicken and 1 crab cake)

Plus for dessert

1 okay sized macaron 🙂

DINNER

1 apple, 1 palm salmon salad with vinaigrette (half of the salad earlier)

I felt so full with all I ate today, but after a few hours I felt hungry again!

Completed: 3 veggies, 3 fruits, 3 carbs, 3 protein, no exercise.
