Thinspiration: TRA Day 3

Here’s Day 3 🙂

A serving of carrots, 1 slice wheat bread, 2 pcs tilapa longganisa and 1 banana

LUNCH

1 palm sized serving of rice, 1 open hand sized serving of laing and assorted veggies, 1 fist sized serving of beef with mushroom and 1 banana

DINNER

Trimshake, 1 banana and 1 palm sized serving of squash and string beans

Completed my vitamins, but no exercise today.

Result: 3 fruits, 3 veggies, 3 protein and 3 grains and cereals
